At StarRise, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of cosmetics and skincare, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
